Looking for part-time staff in Malta?
Reach Dutch-speaking students currently living in Malta
Are you looking for reliable part-time staff for evenings, weekends, events or a few shifts per week?
NedMalta connects businesses in Malta with our Dutch-speaking community on the island.
Every year, hundreds of students from the Netherlands and Belgium come to Malta for internships. Many stay for several months and are interested in earning some extra money alongside their internship.
That makes them particularly interesting for businesses looking for flexible part-time staff.
During our launch period, you can submit and publish a suitable vacancy completely FREE of charge.

Who can you reach through NedMalta?
NedMalta has been supporting the Dutch-speaking community in Malta since 2013.
Our community includes people from both the Netherlands and Belgium, with a particularly large number of students coming to Malta for internships throughout the academic year.
Many are looking for approximately 8–20 hours of additional work per week, depending on their internship schedule.
Typical availability includes:
🌙 Evenings
📅 Weekends
🎟️ Events and occasional shifts
⏰ Part-time hours
📆 Availability for several months
Most students speak excellent English, while their native Dutch can be an additional advantage for businesses dealing with customers from the Netherlands or Belgium.
What kind of vacancies can we publish?
We're particularly interested in genuine part-time opportunities that can be combined with an internship.
For example:
🍽️ Restaurants & hospitality
🍹 Bars & nightlife
🏨 Hotels
🛍️ Retail
🎟️ Events
🎬 Entertainment & leisure

Why advertise through NedMalta?
Finding someone who wants a full-time career and finding someone who wants two evening shifts per week are two very different things.
That's where our student community can be particularly useful.
Many students already have their daytime internship but are available in the evening or during weekends.
Others are interested in occasional work during events, busy periods or holidays.
By publishing your vacancy through NedMalta, you can reach people who are already living in Malta rather than advertising only to candidates who may still need to relocate.
And because NedMalta is an established community, we can bring suitable vacancies directly to the attention of the people who may be interested in them.
Submit your vacancy
Submitting a vacancy currently takes only a few minutes and is FREE during our launch period.
We review all vacancies before publication. Submitting a vacancy does not guarantee publication.
